Chris Clarke’s client’s goals have always come first. With his friendly yet discerning manner, he enjoys helping clients determine their objective then locate and close on their ideal investment. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Chris polished his business acumen in the high-end classic car industry. He refined his skills in negotiation and sales at the Blackhawk Collection; project, operations and facilities management at the world-renowned Keller Automobile Collection; overseeing numerous award-winning auto restoration projects; and starting his own consulting business.

Real estate captivated Chris’ attention long ago when his mother became a Realtor®. Fast forward past the days of paging through his mother’s MLS book and you will find Chris surfing the web for real estate related trends and sales locally and worldwide. He is a consummate student of real estate with personal experience as an investor and manager of commercial and residential property, offering added benefit and perspective to his clients when securing leases and dealing with the operational aspects of owning commercial and residential properties. Experience maintaining confidential client relations, skilled at negotiations, acquisitions and sales means Chris will be fully engaged with his client from beginning to end of every transaction.

Native to Marin County, Chris was born and raised in Mill Valley with Mt. Tamalpais as his playground. Friendly and affable, he loves offering a story and sharing tips based on his intimate knowledge of trails, neighborhoods and unique places to visit throughout Marin and Sonoma County, the Bay Area and beyond. Chris has resided in Sonoma County for almost 25 years with his wife, Sallyann, along with their four children. Chris is a world-ranked Masters pole vaulter, enjoys traveling with his family and spending time outdoors.
