Meet

Raised in Marin County, Sallyann grew up a third-generation member of a family business where the principles of integrity, hard work, and customer service were instilled. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento and married her high school sweetheart, Chris, in 1988. Following college, Sallyann managed the family business for several years before working in the mortgage industry for fifteen years. She and her husband moved to Sonoma County in 1995 to raise their four children.

Sallyann began her real estate career in 2011 assisting Marni Cunha with marketing and transaction management. Continuing under the mentorship of top-producing agents for several years, she learned the real estate business from the inside out specializing in transaction management, marketing, administrative support, and client relations. Assisting with hundreds of transactions over the years, she has found that no two are exactly alike.

“Since every client’s needs are different, I think of each transaction as a puzzle. It is a fun challenge to help each client realize their goals and dreams. Guiding the client through the process of selling or buying a home and sharing in the pleasure of putting the final piece – close of escrow – in to place is the ultimate satisfaction.”

Living in Marin and Sonoma counties all of her life, Sallyann has witnessed first-hand the tremendous change and growth that have transformed the North Bay into one of California’s most sought-after destinations to visit and locations to call home. She never tires of exploring all that Sonoma Wine Country living offers – coastal beaches, hiking trails, quaint towns, wineries and so much more! She also loves to spend time tagging along with her car crazy husband at vintage races and concourse events, chaperoning the world travels of her two champion-level Irish dancing daughters and attending her son’s cycling and soccer events.

“I am blessed to have lived my entire life in the North Bay. I love to travel and cultivate interest in different people and lifestyles throughout the world, but I am always grateful to come home to one of the most beautiful places on earth. I look forward to helping our clients find that same feeling and to find their special place to call home.”

Sallyann’s real estate career came full circle when she formed a partnership with Marni Cunha in 2018. Sallyann’s enthusiastic and caring nature combined with a keen attention to detail harmonizes with Marni’s astute negotiation and analytical skills resulting in a synergistic partnership - ideal for matching home buyer’s desires, skillfully highlighting the unique presence, character and value of a seller’s home or locating an ideal investment property.
